Maryland early voting is between October 22nd-29th 7:00am-8:00pm (including Saturday and Sunday). General election day is November 3rd 7:00am-8:00pm. Ten organizations collaborated on a Minority Voters' Guide for county, state and federal candidates. The guide is posted at minorityvotersguidefrederick.org.

The effort was coordinated by the NAACP Frederick chapter and Frederick for Justice in Palestine (FJP). Other participants were Asbury United Methodist Church, Frederick Democratic Socialists of America, the Islamic Society of Frederick, The Democracy Action Team of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, Frederick Housing Solutions Task Force, RISE Coalition of Western Maryland, Montgomery Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines, and Maryland CAIR.
