We successfully advocated for and passed five key pieces of legislation during the 2026 session that will protect our immigrant neighbors:
1) A complete, clean ban of 287(g) agreements
2) Protection of Marylander data from federal agencies
3) Unmasking of law enforcement
4) Detention Center Zoning Requirement
5) Community Trust Act
